Pool
The Villa features an in-ground pool, surrounded by palm trees and chaise lounges. The pool is approximately 18 x 27 feet in size, 5 Feet deep at the deep end, and holds 10,000-15,000 gallons. It has a heater, although heating the pool is not often necessary in this climate. Toe pool pump is powered by solar energy.
Hot Tub
Adjacent to the pool is a hot tub with comfortable seating for 6-8 adults. The hot tub heats to a maximum of 104 degrees Fahrenheit, and heats up quickly as needed.

Fire Pit
The Villa features a custom designed, built-in fire pit. The seating area is cushioned and comfortably seats 12.
Outdoor BBQ / Dining Area
A built-in BBQ is surrounded by a sink and a drop-in cooler, a large dining table for 10, and bench seating. Accent lighting provides a romantic ambience, and an overhead fan ensures a breeze on warmer summer days. A Bluetooth music system allows streaming of music from your own device within the BBQ area.

Hammock Grove
A hammock grove in the southwest corner of the property features 2 hammocks strung between strategically planted palm trees.
Backup Generator
Occasional, short power outages are common across the island. To ensure our guest's uninterrupted comfort, Villa Viatu features a 60KW whole-house generator capable of running the entire Villa.
